This weekend promises to be a fun reflection back on the “good ole days!”  Evangelist Steve Epley and his wife, Bonita will be with us singing and preaching. If you’ve never heard them you don’t want to miss this! Not only is he a great preacher and they are great singers, but they are just “down home, comfortable as an old shoe folks” as the old adage goes! They are sweet spirited people and easy to get to know. If you’ve heard them before then you already know this and sure don’t want to miss it!  Friday’s service, Feb.2nd is at 7:00 PM with plenty of Gospel singing by the Epleys followed by preaching by Bro Epley. Then on Saturday, Feb. 3rd at 10:00 AM we will go out visiting/soulwinning telling the “old, old story of Jesus and His love” as the song says. Then at 5:00 PM we will have our annual banquet in the church’s fellowship hall continuing the old fashioned theme with old fashioned items decorating the room. Fun skits, games, food catered by Alma Jean’s Kountry Kookin’ restaurant, a return visit from the Calvary Coldwater Coon Quartet,  fellowship, and of course more Gospel singing by the Epleys! IT WILL BE FUN….DON’T MISS THIS!  As our meal is catered we have to have tickets bought no later than Wednesday, January 31 to know how many to plan for. Tickets are $12.50 per person. Call the church to purchase yours. Then on Old Fashioned Sunday, Feb. 4 the Epleys will be singing and preaching for both am and pm services. Come join us!
