A time of fun and fellowship was enjoyed by our ladies with lots of laughter! Each one decorated their lunch “box, sack, or basket” and filled it with a yummy picnic lunch. The ladies voted on the best decorated, then drew numbers to swap lunches!! Was lots of fun and anticipation to see what you were eating for supper that night! All seemed to enjoy the lunch they received. Singing a song and a fun couple of games was followed by Mrs. Linda Roberts bringing a challenging, motivating devotional on the changing of fall leaves and how we should be consistent in our Christian life, not changing when faced with different circumstances, problems, but stay connected to the “vine,” our Saviour so we don’t drop away from the vine and eventually rot “on the ground.”
