FAITH PROMISE MISSIONS CONFERENCE – MARCH 1-5, 2017

Beginning tonight, Wednesday March 1st and continuing through Sunday March 5th is our annual Faith Promise Missions Conference. What a wonderful and important time this week is in the life of our church! Our guest missionaries are Steven and Sherry Barnes and family, missionaries to Guam, Jonathan and Ashley Beadles, missionaries to Colombia, South America, and the Dan Tribuzio family, missionaries to Australia. Each of these missionaries are currently on deputation to raise support for the purpose of moving to a foreign land to share the Gospel with those people. All three of these missionaries will be preaching this week to share their heart and burden for the people of the countries they have been called to minister to. Bro. Steven Barnes will be our main speaker preaching and challenging us in this area of missions. Calvary Baptist Church has for years had a heart towards missions and currently supports 17 missionaries.  During this conference our church will be challenged anew to have an even bigger heart for missions by praying for them and making a renewed commitment to support them financially, as well as taking on these new missionaries for financial support.  What a privilege to have a small part in sending them to tell others in foreign lands about our Saviour Who wants all people to be saved!  Missions Conference service times are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 7:00 PM with an International Banquet on Friday evening.  On Sunday, Sunday School is at 9:30 AM, Sunday morning service at 10:30 AM, and Sunday night service at 6:00 PM. On Saturday morning at 9 AM we will have breakfast at the church before going out to be “missionaries” to our Judea, Tate County. We encourage all the members and friends of Calvary Baptist Church to be present for each of these important services. Don’t miss the blessings our Lord has for us!!!  And as always we extend a warm welcome for visitors to join us!
